Default HP Pav. A640n (athlon64) PC2700 memory

Hi,
I have a HP Pav A640n X86-64 system that I'm generally happy with
except the slow ass ram (PC2700) Can I install in this machine
PC4000 or PC3200?

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
