Help with Tv out and monitor at the same time (FX 5200)

I cant get my Soltek FX 5200 to have both TV out and monitor display at the
same time.

If I want to watch a movie on the TV (via TV out) I have to unplug the
monitor then restart so that the TV out gets picked up.

If I have both the monitor and the TV out plugged in the display goes
straight to the monitor.

So is there anyway I was swap between TV out and monitor with out having to
restart and pull out plugs..
