GA-7ZMMH Problem with shutdown

Hello All, I have a GA-7ZMMH BIOS F10 that I have just done a clean install of XP Pro with service pack 1. The problem is when you do a shut down via the turn computer off the system restarts. Any body have any ideas? Thanks Frank
