GA-8IPE775G Rev 1.1 and Intel 651 CPU ?????
Does anyone know as to whether GA-8IPE775G Rev 1.1 can support Intel's
65 nm CPU 651 (3.4G). In Gagabyte's website it said it doesn't for rev. 1.1 but OK for rev. 1.2 with F6 BIOS. But ver.1.1 and 1.2 looks very alike and I wonder how true is the information. Both ver 1.1 and 1.2 motherboard BIOS have the same date and version. I have ver 1.1 board and would like to upgrade it to 3.4G 651 CPU. Anybody has any idea???? BigVoice |
