"Array is not defined"
 

Hello!,
I've got MSI KT3 Ultra motherboard, and such problem while starting
computer: Everything goes OK, until there appears message on the screen "No
Array Is Defined, Ctrl-F to enter FastBuilt, Esc to continue booting. When I
try to enter BIOS, it is impossible. There is a message "No disk is found.
Please check power cord, and connection to motherboard" or sth like that.
When I Press ESC computer boots, and everything works. What may couse this
problem??

did you try to enter the bios *immediately* at boot up

or were you trying to enter it after you had gotten the error?

if you cannot enter the bios initially, try resetting the bios.

there is usually a reset jumper near the battery

Sounds like your board has a RAID controller that's enabled but
you didn't set up a RAID array. Apparently RAID manufacturers
assume you'll set up an array else disable it, so you'll keep
seeing related messages rather than being prompted only once then
having to seek this information yourself.

It reads "no disk found" (most likley) because you don't have any
drives connected to the RAID controller's ports. Your
motherboard should have another set of ports, perhaps SATA, or
PATA like the first (pair) that are unused or possibly you
mistakenly plugged optical drives/etc into those ports.

If you don't plan on using the RAID then consult motherboard
manual for the method to disable the RAID controller... should be
a jumper or bios setting.
