Default M$ not supporting Itanium for next gen OS

It's the begining of the end for Itanium, AMD64 has won. No one in their
right mind would use Windows in a high performance application so it makes
sense that M$ wouldn't bother to provide clustering support for Itaniums
but M$ doesn't usually cede markets. It's pretty clear that this is just
a first step, Windows on Itanium is going to go the way of Windows on
Alpha.
