Default Athlon64 Initial impressions

Well I've been holding off buying an A64 system until I could get my hands
on an NF3-250gb chipset based board.

I've got an A64 on a Epox 8KDA3+ with PC2700. (previous system was an Axp @
2.5ghz (166mhz fsb)

My 3dmark2001 results went from 16,000+ to 22,000 and the system overall
seems more responsive.

I have had a few problems being, hard lockups and windows not shutting down
properly but I'm working around these problems.

The latest bios for the 8KDA3+ supports 5x HT for 1000mhz HTT.
