orange LED on dl360 system board

Default orange LED on dl360 system board

Hi. We just replaced a system board on a proliant dl360 g1, it will
not power up and there is an orange LED lit on the System Board --
what does this usually mean?

Look up "system board indicators here ...............

It is probably the riser cage not seated well though.
