Default VGA RGB -> SCART RGB for 6800 GT

Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to convert
the VGA Ouput of 6800 GT card for SCART RGB
input and how ? I have spent quite a lot
of time searching for an answer. I know
that for Ati cards it is possible. It requires
at least 1. interlaced output, 2. composite sync signal
and 3. reversed polarity for the sync signals.
1 and 3 can be set with nVidia drivers and 2.
is taken care of with a special cable described
in: http://www.sput.nl/hardware/tv-x.html
So I don't know why the answer should be no ?

Thank you very much,

We Pretty
