NVWCPENG.HLP...where is it?

After installing 53.03 when I try and access the help file in the NView
screen by clicking the question mark icon in the title bar and clicking on
the item I need help with I get the error;
"Cannot find the NVWCPENG.HLP file. Check to see that the file exists on
your disk. If it doesn't, you need to reinstall it"

I have searched and cannot find it - not even in the \NVidia folder that is
created when you update to 53.03

Can anyone help please?
