Default Power Supply Requirements for GeForce 3 Ti200

Just had a thought - could i be getting garbled video & crashes if the card
isnt getting enough power? Also would this cause the BIOS to show up all
spanky? The PSU i *had* was a 300watt ATX, the PSU thats replacing it
temporarily is a 250watt OEM POS ATX.

GF3 is fairly low powered - but your whole system maybe tanking on the
POS PSU... not the video card.
