Default fx geforce 5200 does't work on ecs mobo

Hi all,

Here is my problem:

Bought a geforce fx 52000 8x agp 256 mb and it does not work on my ecs
P4vXASD2 mobo. My Geforce 2 works fine on this mobo.
With the fx plugged in i got no signal to my monitor and so no startup.

I checked if it was correctly pushed into the slot (it was and at the same
depth as my other card).

Before I jump to the jumpers en bios:

Is this a know issue?
Did someone have the same problem?
Does anyone have the solution?

(I can still go back to the shop)
