Okay I have a little problem, What the heck are these CAS Timings and
How do I read them???

# Memory Size: 512MB

What does this mean:
All ULTRA over-clocking memory modules deliver 5.0 nanosecond access
times, and have been 100% tested and verified to operate at 400MHz in
high-performance KT-400 motherboards (with ******* 2-3-3-7-T1 latency).
What does this mean:
ULTRA memory is SPD programmed at emerging JEDEC values for PC3200
rating.

What does this mean:
OCZ Gold Edition PC-4000 memory using state of the art HyperSpeed®
technology is capable of achieving outrageous speeds of up to 500 MHz
at *******CL 2.5-4-4-7.

Okay, I think that is enough for now...

I would like to understand how to read the (in my opinion) cryptic
Memory CAS Latency (code?), any help would be most appreciated...

Also,

I would like to know what all this stuff is and how to "work it":

DRAM Timing (ie.:By SPD | Manual )
DRAM CAS Latency (ie.:3 | 2.5 | 2 | 1.5 )
Bank Interleave (ie.isabled | 2 Bank | 4 Bank )
Precharge to Active(Trp) (ie.:2T | 3T | 4T | 5T )
Tras Non-DDR400/DDR400 (ie.:6T/8T | 7T/10T | 5T/6T | 8T/12T )
Active to CMD(Trcd) (ie.:2T | 3T | 4T | 5T )
DRAM Burst Length (ie.:4 | 8 )
DRAM Command Rate (ie.:2T Command | 1T Command )
DRAM Access Time (ie.:2T | 3T )
DRAM Queue Depth (ie.:2 Level | 4 Level | 3 Level )
tWTR for DDR400 ONLY (ie.:1T | 2T | 3T )
Write Recovery Time (ie.:2T | 3T)

Thanks In Advance ~7~
