Default Qpack voltage PC Alert

I have a new MSI K8NGM2-FID inside an Aspire qpack with the stock power
supply. PC alert is telling me the 12V line is pretty much staying at 13.15.
I have to shut down PC Alert because it keeps popping up. Tolerance is
supposed to be 10% or up to 13.2 isn't it? Any way to adjust PC Alert up to
13.2 before it alarms? Is the 13.15 volts harmful?
