Default help needed ga-8l848p775-g

have installed this with a\ pentium 4 3.6ghz processor


everything was going ok it booted up and saw all my peripherals then
sjuddenly stopped giving a continuous series of short beeps - the manual
indicates that this is a power problem -

so i have a new power pack - tried on 350w and 500w

i have tried unplugging all peripherals and memory and harddrives -



i still get the same signal asnd canot get nbeyond it


help pls anyone
