I have athlon 3500 and 1gb ram. I was running 128mb 6600GT and scored 3600 in 3d mark 2005. I bought the newly released 6800GS(256mb) and now score over 5800.

I would buy new Mobo, CPU, VGA etc... and put your old bits on Ebay, you will be surprised how much you get for them... ;-) SlicK

I saw a 6800gt for about $300 us and they are scarce most sold out but i
