Default all or part visible 4GB on GA-8ICXT

Hi,

I am planning to get the Gigabyte server motherboard GA-8ICXT
http://www.giga-byte.com/Server/Prod...d_GA-8ICXT.htm
it is based on Intel E7221 Chipset
does anyone know if all of the installed 4GB memory will be visible to
the OS?
I saw this article on Intel's site about another motherboard based on
this
chipset
http://support.intel.com/support/mot.../cs-016594.htm
it says that visible amount of memory will be significantly below 4GB.
Is that
the case for Gigabyte GA-8ICXT mobo as well?

thanks
