Default GA K8N Ultra 9 help please

I am running a Quietpc 120mm case fan. With the case closed the BIOS
fails to detect that the fan is running.

What is the minium fan speed that the BIOS will detect?

I have the same board, also with a 120mm fan. It's from quietpc.com, can be
set at 3 speeds using a resistor. I've got it set to the lowest speed to
it's silent and the BIOS is detecting it 675 rpm. This is also being
reported in Easytune5 in the hardward monitor.
