Where is the 5-pin USB-Socket located on my "ATX GA-6VX, P II, 100MHz"??
Hi there,
I just bought a CD-Burner on which there's an USB cable attached, linking the built-in 4-slot card reader (on its front panel). But now I'm just not 100% sure where this USB socket is located on my mainboard...if at all! (No marking, no diagram at hand...but I do have two external USB outlets on this PC of the year 1999). I only noticed one such 5-pin socket near to the cable-set which connects the internal loudspeaker and the two LEDs on the PC's front panel (for power "on" and HDD "humming". So thanks a lot to anyone who could possibly "assure" me if my assumption is now correct or...not! (I don't wanna risk anything!!). Philippe Borel |

Your motherboard is not an ABIT. Read the manual, and see what it says. "Philippe Borel [Switzerland]" wrote in message ...
