I get the following POST message at startup on my K8VT800 system...

Anyone know what the CPUID:0FC0 Patch ID:003A message is about?

Good question. I've have got the Gigabyte K8VT800M board and see the same
type of message at bootup. I have searched Yahoo! and Google as well as
Gigabyte's website and the manual for my board and come up with nothing.

The CPUID is the core model. I suspect Patch means revision. This might
help. The cpuid in the format above would be 0F48 (15,4,8), patch would be
0001 I guess.
