Default I have problem saving snapshots on desktop using USB web camera.

I have Typhoon USB 100 web camera model no 50934 that supports taking
snapshots using snapshot button.

I am unable to install my web camera using scanner and camera
installation wizard that is present in the control panel/Scanners and
Cameras/Add Device control panel applet. Since applet is only
supporting devices that are connected at LPT and COM ports and my
camera is a USB camera. If I am able to install device using stated
applet I will be able to take pictures using web camera as paint and
Imaging applications support loading picture from scanner or camera. In
Mspaint application has menu 'File/ from scanner or camera' menu
option that might loads the picture.
