eBuyer: How to cancel an order?
Yep; Phone your credit card company up and tell them you have "lost" your
credit card;-) Yesterday:-0 Osprey "Sunil Sood" wrote in message ... Does anyone know the simplest way to cancel an order with eBuyer? I ordered something items around midnight but soon(15 minutes) realised that I needed to cancel the order and reraise it for various reasons. However, when I tried to cancel it online - the web site didn't offer the option though its help section suggests that this option should be available for approx 30 minutes after placing the order. I have raised an "e-note" but as the order was listed for next day delivery I want to make sure that I catch it before I go out... Also the "30 min" grace period - I think this is supposed to be the difference between the "Order Acknowledgement" and "Order Confirmation" emails - however in my case the 2nd arrived 2 minutes after the first...
