UT2003 supports Truform. You will need to edit the ut2003.ini file in the
[D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice] section: -

UseNPatches=True
TesselationFactor=2.000000 (This can be set between 1 and 4 for varying
effect)

As far as I can see, though it is only the player models and weapons that
are affected by changing the truform settings.

Serious Sam. The monsters are more detailed.

Myth III (makes a big difference)
Serious Sam 1 and 2 (check out the boss in 1, the big walking fish w/guns,
or those arachnid-women beasties)
Raven Shield (used extensively... it doesn't look as good with it off)
Wolfenstein (used on all the character models)

HL also has it, but it was buggy last time I tried it. Better to use D3D
and bypassy Truform in Half Life, I think.
Unless you like all the lab coats looking like they are fluttering in a
breeze.

It's a neat, "free" technology that can help spruce up older game engines,
but it's not really the direction that 3D graphics are headed with DX 9
generation games. John Carmack and Sweeney have both said they aren't that
impressed with it for their games and that they'd have problems mixing it
with some of the DX 8-9 and OpenGL features like bump mapping or stencil
shadows. On the other have, now that ATI "0wnz", maybe they can figure out
a way to use it.
