Default A7N8X Rev 2 Deluxe - Power On problem

I have a A7N8X Rev 2 Deluxe MB. One small problem - the is no life. With
the power connected the green standby light on the board comes on with.
When the power button is pressed there is no response except for all the
fans coming on, so I don't think it is the power supply.

I have taken out of the cards and left just the RAM and CPU (2600+) and
still no beeps. Even with just the CPU in there are no beeps. Also tried
without the CPU - no beeps.

I am going beeping mad. Everything was working fine before hand.

Is the MB dead?

What else can I try?

Thanks for any help.

It is still a possible power supply problem. What power supply do you have
(brand and capacity rating in watts)?

Have you tried powering up the motherboard on a non-conductive surface to
see if it will work outside of the case? If it works outside the case then
you may have mounted the motherboard to the case improperly.

Before what?!?!? Did you change something??? CPU???? Ram???? Video card????

The truth is out there. You just have to look in the right places and ask
the right questions.
