Default MFT?

How do I expand the MFT (Master File Table) on my hard drive?
Diskeeper tells me I should do that.

Are you sure? The MFT takes care of itself and expands as needed.
You check this in disk defragmenter.

Are you sure? The MFT takes care of itself and expands as needed.
You check this in disk defragmenter.

Well....all I know is - Diskeeper said 'it is recommended that you
expand the MFT on this volume....'. I just work here. :)

In my version (9.0) it's the last item in "Change Your Settings"

Well truth is , you can get Diskeeper do so
but I am sure you will not notice any difference
