Default Hybrid Crossfire - XP or Vista or both?

Hello. I have the 780G-based Gigabyte board with IGP 3200. It is
supposed to support Hybrid Crossfire.

If I wish to pair it with an Asus 3650 PCI-e, will this configuration
work with XP, Vista, or both?

If so, which version of the Catalyst drivers would folks recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Default Hybrid Crossfire - XP or Vista or both?

From the driver release notes: "As of CatalystT 8.3 Hybrid Graphics has been
supported on the ATI RadeonT HD 2400 Series and ATI RadeonT HD 3400 Series
for the Windows Vista operating system. Hybrid Graphics delivers a
significant 3D performance boost for systems featuring an AMD 780G Hybrid
CrossFireT compatible integrated graphics motherboard and an ATI RadeonT HD
2400 Series or ATI RadeonT HD 3400 Series graphics accelerator. This
provides support for up to four independent displays."

So it's Vista-only, and only with HD24xx and 34xx cards, not with a 3650.
Remember the most common Crossfire modes like supertiling and AFR take the
lowest denominator - there is no additional benefit for one GPU to be more
powerful than the other one. If you put in a 3650, you are better off
running the card as primary standalone display adapter.
