Default Inspiron 530 laptop - restore facility ?

A colleague in work has what she thinks is an Inspiron 530 laptop with
Vista, but it sounds like it's corrupted the user registry.

Does anyone know if these come with a factory restore option, like the
Alt-F11 (or whatever the combo normally is) please ?

I am farily sure that the Inspiron 530 is a desktop as a friend has one that
is also runnning Vista and I can confirm that is has the factory restore
option though I cant remember the function key for it.
