P4SDX - Slow Boot Up?!?

I have a second Problem - the S2 Suspend-to-RAM Mode doesn't work too.
I can switch to Stand-by from Win XP and the PC goes PowerOff, but it
starts after that normally from HDD and not from Memory.

Have someone a solution for this Problems?

Do a groups.google.com search on "dumppo.exe". That is a program for
verifying and setting characteristics of ACPI. The program is
downloadable from a Microsoft ftp server. Many things can stop ACPI
states from working properly, like incompatible PCI cards, motherboard
peripherals, or software drivers, or even BIOS settings. Dummpo cannot
fix those.
