Judging from the Connect3D web site, the cards carry the same part numbers
as the ATi cards, which leads me to believe they are just rebadged, from the
same supplier as ATi.

Excellent idea - may I also suggest you also ask them something designed to
see how much effort they put into an answer and judge the answers "fullness"
when (if?) it arrives. Its one thing for a company to send a "template"
email but another for them to think about the answer. Good luck if you want
to find out when/if they're going to release a Theatre 550 Pro chip based TV
Card here - I was told this would be coming in for evaluation long ago
(February) but I'm still waiting for an update and as yet nothing.

These cards are carbon copies of reference boards, so there's no sense in
calling for tech support. The only time you should be contacting them is if
something's defective. So call and see how easy it is to get an RMA number,
etc.

Hi All
Sent them a simple e mail asking if any other differences
between 850XT and 850XT PE and they replied with 24hrs so
maybe ok
£317 for an 850XT PE is one of the best prices i've seen.Only cheaper i think
was ebuyer and after fun and games with a scanner rma i wouldn't use them again
unless they have radically improved of late
