Google included this in the header: NNTP-Posting-Host: 81.82.192.67 Ip lookup resolves to Belgium. They must have hardware stores/etc, it wouldn't be a great meter from a hardware store but would tend to have the basic functionality for voltage, continuity, and other misc. tests. |
