Default Front Panel Audio Connections?

Hi,

I need some help. I just put together a new system using an Asus P4S8X
motherboard and a no-name brand case with Front Panel Audio. I got the
connections for the front panel to the header on the motherboad figured out
for the speakers and the ground, but I don't know how to connect the two
wires I have left (for microphone). The label on one wire reads "mic in",
the other reads "mic bias". The 2 pins left on the Audio header on the
motherboard that I could connect to are labeled "MICPWR" and "MIC2". Does
anyone know which wire goes to which pin? There is no documentation that
came with the case and no detail in this section of the Asus manual. I'm
thinking the "mic in" should go to "MICPWR" and "mic bias" would go to
"MIC2", but I would like some confirmation before trying it. Does anyone
have any ideas?

Thanks,
David

I think you will find that MICPoWeR is the same as MIC BIAS, that is power
to the microphone. Mic2 is probably mic in.
