Toshiba P205-S6327 Web Cam Problem

I just recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite P205-S6327. I have had numerous
problems with using an Air Card, But have resolved that. My problem now is
the Web Cam that is part of the unit. Every button that I push when the pop
out menu come up says to turn on the camera. I cannot find any information
about the Web Cam with any paperwork that came with the Laptop. What and
where is this imaginary button. It is very frustrating. I have looked in
Control Panel under System, then Device Manager and have not located any

I'd ask the vendor, or contact Toshiba who should
have a helpline.
If it's not seen in Device Manager are you sure
it's not an option available in a higher spec model?
The housing being there but not the camera.
If the system came with the operating system
pre-installed then there should be installed
drivers, maybe the drivers aren't there, although
this usually triggers "New Hardware Found".
