Default ForceWare 60.85 for 2K and XP available directly from nVidia.

http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/Q...85_win2kxp.exe

Supports nearly all of the nVidia cards. NV4 (TNT1) support is missing in
the .inf file, but it is easy to add the two missing lines back in, then all
cards are supported.

Some people do amazing things.. Expect Quadro-certified drivers to
work flawlessly on the Standard graphics family. They might work, but
they surely will not have been QC'd in that configuration.

Must have more time than sense...

56.72 seems to work just fine. Are you an official nVidia
beta-driver tester ? Only logical reason for installing them.
Anyway, installing normal drivers after a Quadro version
is likely to leave incompatible software junk around..........

Your a fool, the drivers are exactly the same. All additional Quatro
software is seperatly avaliable tweaks from Nvidia.

Only reason i'm responding is cause of your snide remark about the original
poster.

Then why are the 60.85 drivers hiiden in a remote directory and not up
instead of 56.72 when following the normal driver links on the nVidia
website. Lacking the requisite QC ???

Remember nVidia is not Ati. Publishing untested drivers every 2 weeks
or so. 56.72 was published ~ April 1 and seems very stable indeed
at least on the FX series.

Actually excellent advice. Saves him/her screwing around and
wasting time. Can enjoy a movie or a nice walk in the park instead.
