Default Leadtek Winfast A350 FX5900(non ultra) MyViVo - any good ?

Has anyone had any experience with these cards ?

Is it any better or worse than the Asus or MSI 5900 cards ?

Does the video capture work ? I want to copy VHS tapes onto my pc for
converting to VCDs for use on my home DVD player.

Is the whacky cooling system noisy ?

Does the whacky cooling system make the card run cooler and thereby
offering higher overclocking values ?

Any problems fitting this card into an Asus A7N8X deluxe (i know i
will lose a PCI slot) ?

Any info or comments appreciated !
