Best overclock speeds for Corsair 3200

I have a abit IC7-G, dual 512meg of corsair hi speed 3200. Trying the
bios settings on the game modes (ie auto, street racer, turbo and f1) did
not give me any performance boost, and I had to completely clear the cmos
before I could even boot the computer again. manually changing my cas,
percache, etc also gave me headaches. Has anybody had any sucess in
chaning the ram settings to something other than the standard? 2-2-3-5 is
a big no go.

Well, I found out that 2-3-3-6 works well. I kept the voltage the same
