Anybody ever used these are they as quiet as they say????

I want to use their p-4 fan heatsink...

any opinions appreciated

Where do they claim that their P4 coolers are quiet? They are by NO
means noisy, but efficiency and reliability are the high points of the
PCP&C CPU coolers.
