Default What kind of memory to store Lexmark overlay on?

There seems to be 3 types of memory available for Lexmark printers.

RAM
Optra Forms Memory
Flash Memory

If I wanted to store an Overlay on the printer so I wouldn't lose it
everytime I turned the printer off which one of these do I want to
order?

OK, I know it's not the RAM so out of:
Forms Memory
Flash Memory

Which one do I want?

Thanks,
Jody
