A little help needed...A7N8X - new nforce2 drivers???

The nvidia site has some new nforce2 drivers. How should I install the new
drivers? Over the old ones? When I uninstall the old ones the screen goes
blank so that's trouble Also, right now in my programs list I have: Nvidia
audio driver, nForce utilities, XP display drivers and XP nForce drivers
listed. After I installl the new drivers only the display and nForce
drivers remain. (I have "goback" so I can revert my hard drive) Am I losing
some stuff? Or is it just not listed? Can any one assist. Thanks!

I installed the 2.45 drivers over the existing drivers. Device manager
shows it is clear of problems and it's running at 207MHz (414MHz DDR)
