Default can someone look at this?

this is my sisoft report:
it reckons the cpu fan is busted. ive just stuck the entire comp into a new
case (thermaltake) and now i have this problem. the cpu doesnt seem
overheated, in fact the heat sink seems quite cool to me by touch.
any ideas?
it also says "PCI latency too high."
no idea what that means or how to fix it....

oh, and while im at it, can someone tell me why sisoft tells me that i have
an athlon xp2800, and then tells me that its only running at 2.09ghz?
