I had similar problems with a Marvel Mbit Ethernet port on my K8NSC-939
board. After several days of trying everything I could think of, I finally got hold of a support person that hit on the problem. I had to change the speed of the Ethernet controller from "Autosense" to 100 mbps full duplex. Let me know if you need help doing that- Merle- "Gary" wrote in message news Hi, I am having all sorts of problems trying to get my mainboards onboard LAN to work!! yep i can see the Local Area Connection icon in the network connections area, so this indicates the drivers are install and working fine as per device manager. but do you think i can get any traffic to go through this connection!!! I am having a big problem getting my OS to recegonize the drivers and install them. |

These settings are usually in the Driver for the O/S. I do not recall
ever seeing a speed setting in the BIOS. On Thu, 24 Nov 2005 21:32:35 GMT, lid (Digitalx) wrote: MCwrote: I had similar problems with a Marvel Mbit Ethernet port on my K8NSC-939 board.
