Default Control Panel bug?

Hi everybody,

With a Powercolor Radeon 9000 (on a Dell-GX1, W98SE), I've some little
problems with Control Panel... since the Catalyst 3.2 (which was ok).-
The 3.4, 3.6 and the recent 3.7 drivers seem run ok, but:

- A right click on the ATI icon (systray) - Settings - the Display
settings button doesn't work; the other buttons open Help pages etc
correctly.
- I saw in the past (in Device Manager ?) a 'diagnosis page', concerning
some video memory tests, but it doesn't exist any more.

Reinstalling the 'one-file' Catalyst 3.7 after detailed cleaning didn't
fix that.

Thank you for any help.
