How fast is Maxtor 250GB with 16mb Cache vs 8mb Cache?
Will there be a big difference running 2 x 250Gb w/8mb cache Raid 0 vs
2 x 250Gb w/16mb cache Raid 0?

As far as maximum sustained read speeds are concerned they will be about equal since the PCI system and rotational speeds and areal densities and seek times all tend to limit the maximum speed. I have read reports/reviews that claim that the larger cache has some advantage in specific applications like 3D Rendering. JPS
