Default Problem in sound card?

I installed windows vista last week, windows recognized my Sound card already but i dont have sound, its a onboard soundcard, and i installed the vista driver of it, and it says windows has already installed the newest version. anyway, NO SOUND. there is no problem with the speakers

Hi,
For this problem first you check sound track. Go to control panel and check the settings or check your speaker
