Default PC remote control?

hi i have been looking at

http://www.pcremotecontrol.com/info.html

just hoping someone here could answer a few of my queries, can you
play/stop/pause etc winamp?

also has anyone used any other PC remote cntrolls that can perform options
in WinDVD 4

i am going to be purchasing a PCI Digital TV card and would i be able to use
the remote on that instead of the remote supplied with the TV card?

or am i gonna have to have two remotes?

anyone with any experience of PC remote controlls please help me out here,
any alternatives to what i am suggesting etc etc. It beats using a mouse and
means i will be able to do things on my PC without having to move the mouse
etc etc.

Thanks for any future help

Chris
