Horzontal lines with the CX5400
Hi all,
The printer has started to give me some trouble. When i print a picture, i get white lines in the print out. I did the usual head cleaning and alignment suggestions, but no use. I than made a test subject by using PhotoShop and making three rectangles and filling one with magenta, one with yellow and the other with cyan. I printed it out and the white lines are in the cyan rectangle. I have already cleaned the heads several times and don't want to waste more ink. I would appreciate it if some one who knows how to fix this would help me. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions, i will read them all. Richard |

Richard Richard, If the printer is still in warranty get them to repair it otherwise e-mail Art Entlich (scan this ng for his e-mail address) and describe the problem to him. He is very willing to help and has a free manual to help recover from this sort of problem. BTW just ignore Measekite, he is just a pathetic troll and will give you no advice of any value. Tony |
