Some features may be locked because the motherboard doesn't support it. I think all Intel P4 boards cannot change the multiplier since it is fixed in hardware in the CPU. ET4 is a piece of crap though. That piece of software have locked up too many times, made me reinstall the OS, shows the wrong values e.t.c. It is simply horrible.

I tried to install ET4 in June when I bought my 8KNXP, and it would not run. Gigabyte tech support sent me another version, but it too would not run properly. Giving up, I installed MBM5, which has run flawlessly since.
