[INFO] NVIDIA Card won't boot with TV-Out only

I've an old GF2 GTS with TV-Out but if I connect only the TV the PC
can't boot. The VGA bios stops immediately, when there is the
manufacture and the vga bios release on the screen (I can see it if I
connect the monitor), before POST. In the mainboard bios I can set the
Primary Adapter on "absent", but it doesn't work.

Someone can help me?

Look for an option in the BIOS that's labelled usually something like
"Halt on BIOS Errors" or "Halt on POST Errors", you can usually set them
to something like "All", "None" or "All except keyboard".

If there is such an option (I've yet to see a BIOS without one) set it
to "None" (by default it usually set to "All").
