Default +5v at 4.08 ?? N400 Pro2

MBM5 reports the +5V rail as 4.08V. My comp is running fine though, although
i do get some slowdowns from time to time(seems like hard drive) and i had
some weird graphical corruption once the first day I used it. But since then
(about a week) everything is fine....

Utilities like MBM are frequently incorrect especially with newly released
motherboards. What does the BIOS say?
