Default tv out syndrome

I tried the TV out connector on a old SIS card years ago and it was very
blurry. then a year or so ago I tried it out with my GF4Ti and things
weren't any better even though I spent £15 on a new S-VHS cable, so how do I
get a good display of one of my games just for a laugh.
I have purchased a new leadtek 6800 A400 but is it going to be any better or
do I need a special card to display my images to my 29" Toshiba?

Robin
