Default Pinning an application to a monitor in nView

We have installed an nVidia based dual-monitor graphics card and the nView
drivers. nView is configured in horizontal-span mode. We can easily send
applications to a specific monitor, but how do we configure nView to launch
an application on a specific monitor? TIA for any ideas.
